We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, for any reason, at any time.

You understand that your content (excluding credit card information) may be transferred unencrypted over various networks. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Services without express written permission from us.

3. Product Information and Accuracy

We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors, features, specifications, and details of the products available. However, we do not guarantee that the product descriptions or other content is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error free.

All products are made to order. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time for any reason.

4. Modifications to the Service and Prices

We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice. We shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

5. Order Acceptance and Account Information

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including availability, inaccuracies in pricing or product information, or suspected fraud.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing and shipping information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your account.

6. Shipping and Fulfillment

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days and shipped within 5–9 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location.

Shipping delays, while rare, may occur due to supply chain disruptions, carrier issues, or high order volumes. We are not liable for delayed deliveries once a product has left our facility.

7. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

We do not accept returns or exchanges. Each item is made to order, and all sales are final.

In limited cases, we may approve a refund or replacement for items that arrive damaged or incorrect. To initiate a claim, contact us at team@vorkinagroup.com within 3 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, description of the issue, and a photo if applicable.

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Orders cannot be canceled once they have entered production.

8. Promotions, Discounts, and Coupons

Promotional codes and discounts are subject to availability and may be revoked or modified at any time without prior notice. Only one promotional code may be used per order unless otherwise stated.

9. Third Party Services and Links

We may provide access to third-party tools or links over which we have no control. You acknowledge and agree that we provide access to such tools or sites "as is" without any warranties, representations, or conditions of any kind.

We are not responsible for any third-party content, practices, or services.

10. User Content and Submissions

By submitting reviews, ideas, suggestions, or other content to us, you grant Scarborn Republic a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, publish, and display such content in any format or media.

We reserve the right to monitor, edit, or remove content we determine to be unlawful, offensive, or otherwise objectionable.

All content on this site, including but not limited to logos, artwork, text, graphics, and images, is the property of Scarborn Republic or its licensors and protected under U.S. and international copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
