At Scarborn Republic, each item is made to order. For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

However, we recognize that issues may arise. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at team@vorkinagroup.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can review and resolve the matter promptly.

Returns are considered on a case-by-case basis and are only approved in the event of verified errors or product defects.

We encourage customers to carefully review sizing and product details before placing an order. Refunds will not be issued for buyer’s remorse or incorrect size selection.

Your satisfaction matters, and while all sales are final, we’re committed to doing right by our customers when it counts.
